After returning to Atlanta in 2001, Dr. Lyles broadened her career to include chiropractic education, administration, and public health, serving on boards such as the Healthy Kids Klub to combat childhood obesity.A lifelong learner, Dr. Lyles has augmented her practice with certifications in Braincore Neurofeedback Therapy, Dry Needling, Shockwave Therapy, and other specialized courses. She currently leads a clinic offering advanced therapies, including Braincore Neurofeedback and mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.Dr. Lyles is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Kentucky Association of Chiropractors, and holds inactive licenses in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.

She actively engages with the community through media, speaking events, and her faith-based work at Southeast Christian Church. In her personal life, Dr. Lyles enjoys spending time with her family, comprising her husband, son, and pets, and is passionate about music, gardening, and family activities.
